Services and fit
What QuickGuard360 does.
What types of organizations do you support?
QuickGuard360 generally supports small and midsize businesses, often around 10–150 employees, as well as internal IT teams needing additional capacity and organizations needing fractional security leadership. Other suitable prospects are not automatically excluded.
What is the difference between managed IT, cybersecurity, and vCISO services?
Managed IT operates and supports business technology. Cybersecurity services implement and manage protective controls. vCISO services provide governance, risk management, strategy, oversight, and executive guidance.
Can we engage QuickGuard360 for a project without managed services?
Potentially. IT projects, migrations, assessments, and advisory work can be scoped as focused engagements when the need and environment are a fit.
Can you work alongside our internal IT team?
Yes. Co-managed IT and vCISO work can be designed around the roles and capabilities of an existing internal team.
Support and coverage
How service is delivered.
Do you provide remote support?
Yes. Remote support is available for appropriate user, device, cloud, and administrative needs.
Do you provide onsite support?
Yes. QuickGuard360 provides onsite service in Flower Mound, Denton County, and the broader Dallas–Fort Worth service area. Exact boundaries should be confirmed during scoping.
How does after-hours support work?
After-hours support is not automatically included for every customer. Availability and terms depend on the selected service agreement. Coverage expectations, normal hours, and any after-hours needs are discussed during scoping.
Do you guarantee response times or uptime?
Response expectations, service levels, and any uptime commitments are defined in the specific service agreement. No universal commitment applies to every engagement.
Security leadership
vCISO and cybersecurity expectations.
What does a virtual CISO do?
A virtual CISO helps leadership govern security risk, create priorities and roadmaps, develop policies and program plans, prepare incident decisions, coordinate stakeholders, and report progress at an executive level.
Is QuickGuard360 CISSP certified?
No. Organizations do not hold the CISSP credential. QuickGuard360’s security practice is guided by a CISSP-certified CEO.
Do you guarantee compliance, certification, or an audit result?
No. QuickGuard360 can support readiness, planning, and control improvement but does not guarantee compliance, certification, audit outcomes, cyber-insurance approval, or prevention of every incident. Services are not legal or regulatory advice.
Can vCISO services help with customer questionnaires or insurance renewal?
Guidance may be included in scope. QuickGuard360 can help organize responses, evidence, priorities, and follow-up work, but does not guarantee acceptance or approval.
Consultations and pricing
What happens next.
Is the first consultation free?
Yes. The initial IT or vCISO consultation is a no-cost conversation to understand the need and explore fit.
Is the consultation a technical assessment?
No. It is a no-cost initial conversation to understand the business need and determine fit. Any technical assessment work or written deliverable would be separately defined in an agreed scope.
Why are prices not listed?
Scope depends on users, systems, locations, risks, support requirements, and business needs. Publishing a generic price before understanding those factors would create the wrong expectation.
Who will contact me?
A member of the QuickGuard360 team will review your request and follow up using your preferred contact method.
